01General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xr66 gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you"). 03Account Registration

To open an account at xr66, you must provide accurate and complete information. All information provided at the time of registration must be your own.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts using the same phone number, email, or banking details are prohibited.
• To change information after registration, verification must be completed through the support team.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 KYC Verification

For safe and transparent transactions, xr66 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

04Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All policies relating to financial transactions at xr66 are described in detail below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are only possible to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions at xr66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

xr66 provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Specific conditions apply for using these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 15x must be met for this bonus.

• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn after completing the wagering requirement.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the set time limit from the date the bonus is received.
• Specific games contribute to the wagering requirement — contact support for details.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

xr66 has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and active participation on the platform. xr66 reserves the right to change VIP conditions at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonuses is strictly prohibited. Bonus abuse includes: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, claiming bonuses with false information, and following unusual patterns in gameplay. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

06Gaming Rules

All games on the xr66 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Game results are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are completely random and there are no predetermined patterns. Each round is independent and does not depend on previous rounds. We conduct regular third-party audits to ensure fair play.

6.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the xr66 system will save the result of that round. The game state will be restored after reconnection. However, no claims can be made due to disconnection.

6.3 Game Cancellation

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or system problem, the amount wagered in that game will be refunded. xr66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify any game.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xr66 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Operating an account or playing games on behalf of another person.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform for gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against xr66.

08Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by xr66

xr66 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure or refusal to complete age verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Self-exclusion request (see the Responsible Gaming section).

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact our support team. Eligible funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before account closure (minimum ৳800). Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering conditions have been met.

09Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Service Guarantee

xr66 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. xr66 will not be liable for any compensation in such situations.

12Changes and Amendments to Terms

xr66 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
